Crane Guns & Ammo makes it a priority to provide accurate and up-to-date product information and specifications for items listed for sale on this website; however, errors and changes in circumstance do occur.
All information is provided “As-Is” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. In no event shall Crane Guns & Ammo be liable for a special, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from any use or performance of or content errors or omissions in the information, even if notified in advance of the potential for such damages.
All users of the information agree that access to any use of the information is subject to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, and such access and use is at the user’s own risk.
Crane Guns & Ammo reserves the right to edit, change, or clarify descriptions at any time to correct errors in product listings or reflect changes in circumstance. In the event of inaccuracies in the description of an item, we reserve the right to remove the conflicting information once notified. We make no warranty on the accuracy of a product listing when a conflict in the product information is present. Photos are provided for general identification purposes only and may show optional or additional pieces for illustration purposes. Please refer to the product description for details.
Crane Guns & Ammo is not responsible for website performance in any particular browser or in the inability for a user to use the website due to, but not limited to, internet connection issues, outages, coding issues, or compatibility.
Legal Disputes
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. By placing an online order with Crane Guns & Ammo, customer hereby:
- Submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located in or having jurisdiction over Bernalillo County, New Mexico, in any litigation, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or relating to, the customer’s order or these Terms and Conditions.
- Knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of said court
- Waives any right to dismiss or transfer it may have based on improper venue or forum nonconveniensto the conduct of any proceeding in said court.
By placing an order through this website, customer agrees to HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Crane Guns & Ammo for any and all costs, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney and other professional fees and disbursements) arising from any claim, cause of action, or legal dispute of any kind arising from or relating to the transaction or Crane Guns & Ammo’s enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall to any extent be held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then: (a) the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall not be affected, and every remaining provision of the Terms and Conditions shall be valid and binding to the fullest extent permitted by law, and (b) a suitable and equitable provision shall be substituted for such invalid and unenforceable provision in order to carry out, so far as may be valid and enforceable, the intent and purpose of such invalid or unenforceable provision.
Destination Control Statement
These items are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.

PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Product Price & Specifications
All product prices and specifications listed for sale on this website are subject to change at any time. Please see “Terms of Use” for further information. If you have placed an order and the price drops within 30 days of your order date, Crane Guns & Ammo will offer a credit for the difference upon your request. Crane Guns & Ammo does not honor price change requests for orders placed more than 30 days prior to the change in price. Crane Guns & Ammo also does not allow raincheck pricing for any prior Sale or Daily Deal prices if you have not placed an order.
Purchasing
All NFA Rules Apply.
All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.
Crane Guns & Ammo reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason.
Customer Acknowledgement and Certification
By making a purchase from Crane Guns & Ammo, the customer certifies, acknowledges, and agrees to the following:
- The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, ownership, and use of any item purchased from Crane Guns & Ammo complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances in the customer’s jurisdiction.
- The customer has independently verified that its purchase and intended use of any item is legal in the customer’s state and local jurisdiction.
- The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Crane Guns & Ammo and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from the customer’s purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item purchased from Crane Guns & Ammo.
- Failure to comply with applicable laws may result in severe legal penalties. If you are unsure about the legal status of an item in your area, consult a qualified attorney or local law enforcement before making a purchase.
Sale Restrictions
Crane Guns & Ammo operates in strict compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws governing the sale of firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, and related accessories.
The restrictions implemented by Crane Guns & Ammo are not intended to be legal advice and make no representations regarding the legality of any item in any specific jurisdiction. It remains the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure they remain in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations that have been implemented in their jurisdiction.
Order Restrictions
The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.
If you order a handgun, stockless shotgun, complete AR or AK receiver, or stripped lower receiver, YOU MUST be:
- A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.
- 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.
Exceptions: Military personnel stationed in a state other than their legal residence may purchase firearms across state lines. Contact your local FFL receiving the transfer as you may have to provide proof of deployment, residence, etc.
Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout. This will ensure speedier delivery. Please note that the FFL selection on our website is for customer convenience only and does not necessarily mean that Crane Guns & Ammo has the FFL selected on file. The customer may be asked to provide the FFL information that they wish to use. If a customer wishes to change the FFL they want to use after the order has shipped, they will be additionally charged for the cost of shipping. If an FFL is not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be held at the carrier hub and will be returned to Crane Guns & Ammo. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.
Ammunition Ordering Restrictions
Crane Guns & Ammo abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of ammunition.
- You agree and accept all policies described in our Terms of Use.
- You are at least 21 years of age (for handgun ammunition) or 18 years of age (for rifle ammunition).
- By purchasing ammunition, you are not violating any local, state, or federal laws.
- You have not been convicted of any felony, a misdemeanor of domestic abuse, and you are not chemically dependent.
- You have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring ammunition.
- You have never been committed to any mental institution or been adjudicated as mentally defective.
- You will not sell ammunition to any minor.
Residents of Illinois, New Jersey and Connecticut must send in a copy of their FOID/FID/Permit. More information can be found here. The customer is responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, and local guidelines when purchasing and reloading ammunition.
Residents of Rhode Island, when ordering ammunition, you must be 21 years of age or older and must have a Pistol/Revolver Safety Certificate from the Department of Environmental Management. Please send a copy in along with your state ID for verification.
Magazine Ordering
Crane Guns & Ammo will abide by state regulations regarding the sale of standard magazines.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to understand state laws regarding magazine capacity
- Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled. Additionally, a restocking fee of 5% will be charged
- Standard capacity magazines will not be shipped to states where restricted
- Standard capacity magazines will not be replaced with state-compliance magazines
- Refunds are not offered in place of the magazines
Magazine Restrictions by State
- Colorado: No magazines greater than 15 rounds
- Boulder: No magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Connecticut: No magazines greater than 10 rounds AND a valid permit is required
- Hawaii: No pistol magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Illinois:
- North Chicago: No rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Aurora, Skokie, Chicago, Evanston, no rifle magazines greater than 15 rounds
- Highland Park, Cook County, Dolton, Homewood, Deerfield, no rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Deerfield, no shotgun magazines over 5 rounds
- Maryland: No magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Massachusetts: No sales to Massachusetts of any kind.
- New York: No magazines greater than 10 rounds
- New Jersey: No magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Vermont: No magazines greater than 10 rounds
- Washington DC: No sales
In-store pick up
In-store pick up is available during store hours. Customer will be notified when the order is ready for pickup. No shipping charges will be collected on orders using in-store pick up.
For legal residents of New Mexico, a valid New Mexico driver’s license or state approved ID is required to be presented for order pick up. Military personnel stationed in New Mexico can provide a copy of their PCS orders, ID, and if living off base, an official document stating address, ie – vehicle registration or utility bill, will suffice.

Cancellations
Customer Cancellations
Except for orders fulfilled by Crane Guns & Ammo, an order placed with Crane Guns & Ammo may be cancelled by the customer prior to the order having been shipped.
Due to processing timeframes and procedures, orders containing items fulfilled by Crane Guns & Ammo cannot be cancelled.
All cancellation requests must be made through the Customer Service Department at (505) 620-7685, during business hours MST. You must provide the order number when contacting Customer Service.
If an order cannot be cancelled because the order has been shipped, or the order includes items fulfilled by Crane Guns & Ammo, then the customer must follow all rules and procedures applicable to Returns. Please note that the return of the item(s) will be made at the customer’s expense.
Cancelled orders may not be reversed. All cancellations are final.
All sales of gift cards are final and cannot be refunded.
Return Policy
Firearms, Ammunition, and Clothing
When the firearm is transferred to the customer’s name, Crane Guns & Ammo will not accept returns or exchanges, regardless of the circumstances.
- If there is a defect or if repairs are needed, the manufacturer can be contacted.
- If the item is a Crane Guns & Ammo product, please contact Customer Service for a Return Authorization to send the firearm back to our repair department.
